Please check whether the tv remoter controller's battery are low, replace it with a new battery and try again to make sure that the remote control is set to "mouse" mode by mistake! Check method, after normal power on, press any one of the "up, down, left, and right" keys on the remote control to observe whether the "mouse" arrow moves on the TV screen. If so, press the "mouse" key on the remote control to exit the "mouse" mode. The normal remote control can be restored. Note: If you set to "mouse" mode, when you remote control the device, the light on the remote control will flash, and the panel light of the machine will not flash!
All the above methods have been eliminated, and the remote control is still not possible. Please connect a USB keyboard or mouse to control the device, or buy a new remote control.
